Evening food is usually burnt, even when fresh. Order is almost never ready when ordering ahead or not placed in the bin making it appear as the order is not ready. Our order once had been placed in with regular pizzas. The daytime crew seems to have the best orders around lunch time, however if you have dinner plans or on a time crunch try else where.

I got raw bread sticks and they were not accommodating, actually pretty rude

Dude, this place is actually terrible and needs to be closed down. I used to love it but it has really gone down hill. I have gave it a few benefits of the doubt and every time I am disappointed. Like 30 minutes ago I went in and got a pepperoni pizza. I took a little bite and look over and there’s this large hair.

Obviously you buy Little Caesars pizza for the price, not the culinary deliciousness of gourmet pizza. At this location, their lobby is very small, and their "hot and ready" options are rarely ready. This creates a bottleneck of people just standing around waiting on what is advertised to be ready... They are just nice enough to be tolerable. Apparently it was a big deal for me to try to pay with a $100 bill, and in this day and age, $100 isn't that much. It was all I had in my wallet, and apparently someone in the back had to "break a hundred" for me to be able to pay for the pizza I had ordered. They acted like this was a big imposition. My order was around $50, so paying with $1s, $5s, $10s, and $20s would have been a moot point anyway. If people are going to have to wait on a product that is advertised to be ready upon your arrival, the least you could do is smile and feign appreciation for the business. If I'm going to have to wait on, let's face it, not the world's best pizza, the least you could do is be nice and provide more than three chairs in a lobby that had 20 people in it at one point. The pizzas I ordered were decent except one was completely burnt. Overall, this place is tolerable, just okay..

Employees wear masks. Not enforcing customers to, though. No other precautions.
No, its puck up only.
Depends on the time of day. I agree that it can be frustrating, but the employees are human and there is room for error; you can complain or leave a bad review and hope that it doesn't reach deaf ears, but beyond that you have to show your fellow man some patience.
They accept credit and debit cards but do not offer delivery
