Gluten free its an neurotoxine and ingredient in food that restaurants use almost in fast food restaurants that after you eat the food with gluten, makes you full and you dont eat anymore because you are full and makes you addict to that food if you eat pizza , fried chicken, hamburguers. etc. Maybe can contain gluten so be careful what you eat.
