Mixed emotions on this one. Also think as others have said this could have been an off day. Sequence of events- - 5th in line and didn’t get a chance to order for 15 minutes - finally ordered my sides, which they make you do first, and from that time to when I actually got to sit down, my sides were cold, maybe another 8-9 minutes. - had my tray at the cashier, asked if I want bread, and the lady flipped the bag upside down and dumped the remaining bread and alllllll the crumbs all over the food. I was in shock that actually happened and it didn’t phase her. - brisket had good flavor but was pretty dry. Pork ribs were very good Overall, don’t think it was good enough to come back. One of the most inefficient businesses I’ve been to of any kind in a long time. 7 employees behind the counter, 5 working 2 registers and they all must have been brand new because they looked like deer in headlights. Which accounts for the long wait with no line.

Ruby's BBQ on Leon Valley it's a very good place to eat a little pricey but if you have a taste for barbecue it is what it is.
No, he passed away some time ago. Word is he didn't get the credit he deserved.
You should not need one for 12, we have plenty of space inside or out and lots of tables.
We only allow service dogs in our dining areas and patios. We do have some picnic tables away from the building under tree at our Selma and Westover Hills locations where you can bring your dog. But not in the seating areas in building or patio.
