Yes its no kill
As an open-access municipal shelter we do not advertise our selves as no kill, however we do rehome any behaviorially sound animal with a treatable medical condition. We have not eutanized a dog or cat for several years for lack of space. Current live release rates are over 90%.
We are a very low kill shelter, the only reason we would have to do that is for a very serious medical issue that we cannot take care of or a vicious dog that we cannot adopt out because of behavior.
