I've bought consoles and games here. Nice store with a pretty decent selection. Staff are nice and helpful when I've asked for assistance. Glad to have them around since the other used game stores (Gamehaven) have gone out of business.

Had a hard time finishing my transaction here today because the employee who was helping me couldn’t put his phone down long enough to focus on our two minute conversation. I did decide to purchase here instead of Walmart or online because I have had stellar customer service here before. They need to be more upfront about their return policy. Was not aware that they only offered store credit for returns until the transaction was over. Also- they sell used products for $12 less than retail and offer a $20 warranty. Next time I will buy new. Cool place if you get the right person. I am glad that they provide a place for kids to play games.

The store doesn't ship items, the only way to have things shipped is to go to the cardmonster website

Returns are handled on a case by case basis by the manager. As a general rule of thumb, items can't be returned due to not liking them. If the item is defective we do allow exchanges, or if the item can not be exchanged a cash refund will be issued.

On Sundays there is a Pokemon event where you can trade cards with other players and you can sell higher value cards to the store for cash or store credit, the amount you get depends on the cards current value. They also have quite a few cards on display to buy at dofferent prices depending on the cards current value
