What time does this place actually close then? Is it illegal to wash cars while it's raining or something? Getting annoyed of driving across town and it's not open.

This is a family run business. I would assume that most people skip the carwash when its raining. It doesn't make sense to pay employees, electricity and water bills when they know there will be very little volume.

Why would they be open when it's raining? I've been there as late as 8:00 PM, when it wasn't raining.

Might I suggest calling before making the trek? Nothing seems certain these days but a quick call may save you some frustration. ☺
