Not the place for foreign students/workers. They require a co-signer with confidential information! I showed them my pay stubs and can afford this place, yet they needed a co-signer. You can find other complexes that don't require that much of sensitive information and less strict toward international students/workers.

My husband and I moved in in the middle of June. The apartment is quiet, centrally located, and clean. The pool is open, clean, and ready to use and both the apartments and the common areas are kept clean and in good repair. Lisa and Laura, the ladies at the office, do a good job and we got to watch the July 4th fireworks from inside through our sliding door window!

I’ve been here for about 2 months now and have had nothing but a pleasant experience with Autumn Ridge. I called early April looking for a 1 bedroom, Laura and Lisa were able to get me into a deluxe 1 bedroom apartment by the end of the month. I did have to rent sight unseen, but I have no regrets so far. It was much larger than I expected with a balcony and washer/dryer in unit! You really are getting what you pay for and I mean that in the best way. Most of the appliances are brand new and the carpet was also new. If you have an issue with anything you just put in a request to maintenance and they’ll be there same day or the next. The maintenance crew is truly outstanding!! Everyone’s been very friendly, the neighbors are also quite and friendly. Great little community!

First I'll start by saying that I've lived in the complex since 2017. I love the quiet community and rarely have complaints. However, recently decided to transfer to a bigger space within this community and the treatment received by the manager, Lisa, and maintenance today was simply disgusting. I was due to turn in keys today by 9am but needed to have a third party pick up furniture (king size mattress, box springs, frame, love seat and couch) - the space was otherwise vacant. The issue was that the company couldn't pick up the furniture until 12pm today. In my own error, I didn't realize that we couldn't just discard the furniture in the complex dumpsters, totally my mistake and I attempted to remedy that. Also, I've seen furniture and things all around the complex. I sent the manager, Lisa, an email last night explaining this and that I was going to keep the key until the third party picked up the furniture. She replied to me this morning at 7:30am saying " I would atleast bring it down the stairs and have them pick it up from the side of the building. All keys are to be turned in at 9am per our discussions through this process. We can't walk the unit until we have the keys from you and everything has been moved out" . To that I explained that turning in the keys at 9am would be a problem since I didn't have help. Of course, everyone's working today. She then explained again that I had 3 full days to move out and to try and get help please otherwise "they could charge me"....great another fee. No understanding or compassion whatsoever. It would have only been a 3 hour difference. So not wanting to be charged another fee, I felt forced to move all of the furniture (king size mattress, box springs, frame, couch and loveseat by MYSELF & BEFORE 9AM) as asked. Guys, I'm 5'2, maybe 150lbs. It took so much out of me to figure out how to move all of that from the SECOND FLOOR . Then, as I'm moving the furniture out, dripping sweat, and purely exhausted, maintenance guy comes and patronized me about a mattress that he saw by the dumpster AS I'M MOVING A KING SIZED MATTRESS FROM THE FREAKING BALCONY. Clearly visible that I'm moving a mattress out already. I said no and he asked me again and if I was lying!!! That was the icing on the cake for me. He didn't offer to help or anything - I didn't expect it but it would have been nice besides being questioned about a damn mattress. I finished moving everything within an hour and returned the keys to the office where I just cried to Laura. I was exhausted, felt accused by maintenance and wasn't extended any grace in this situation. I understand their rules but it's not as if someone was moving in today. So disappointed but a lesson learned for sure. Laura offered her apologies, a napkin to wipe my tears and a hug (which I appreciated). However, the damage is done. I've never been treated so poorly by anyone. I would not recommend this place after this treatment and experience. Will likely move out next year. Friendly reminder if you've gotten this far, I literally moved to the back of the building, not out of the complex. Some grace would have been nice but hey, at least they can "turn" that apartment now 🙃
