I asked him if there were any vacancies, I started telling him my situation and what happened to me, all of a sudden I started crying, he was so nice to me, he told me not to worry he was right. The park is nice, the staff is great. Most of the homes are new since 2021. It is convenient to everything I needed. They're making nice improvements on the grounds and the recreational area. My only real issue with this park is the lack of internet availability, but they are in the process of getting that installed.

New admin is terrible they add fees to everything. If you can avoid this place at all cost. There are more affordable places than this around.

Well I just signed a lease to rent a new home in the park and I have nothing but great things to say about this move in process that started just a week ago. The home is beautiful and Bonnie in sales was awesome from the start. I met the rest of the sales team and they were all friendly cooperative and professional. Its a relief knowing that the community here is run by devoted staff and are very welcoming. I'm excited to begin this new phase!

They allow animals. They do restrict aggressive breeds of dogs including pit bulls, German shepards, dobermans, etc. All cats and dogs also have to be approved by the park. If you call the office you can ask about your specific breed of dog. Hope this helps.
Walker winter elementary on Michigan Ave. Its honestly a great school, I love the staff there. The bus shows up at the parks old office, the brick building by the pool.
