Did you try KUB? Also, HUD or Habitat. But still phone CAC, they can offer more assistance on the phone.

Your income seems to be rather high. CAC goes on the 150 % poverty level. And they go by your monthly gross income. A household with one person is $1, 517. 50. For two people is $2, 057. 50 3 people $2, 597. 50 and so on. You would need four people in the house to qualify and that would run $3, 137. 50 maximum income.

Are you by yourself the best thing you can do is contact TVA and see if their program is available cacs got the contracts for those but you have to fill out you have to be under certain guidelines are you by yourself if you are and it's under $20,000 a year and maybe less than they help

I would try KUB first. I'm pretty sure that they can help you. Denise is probably more on point. Go with her suggestion.
