The driver of 399 I believe is name is Andy. Has a bad attitude, he started yelling at me when he got to the VA Clinic. When getting other riders and after picking them up he was driving to fast, tailgating on I 40,Pellissippi & Alcoa Highway. Also he would hit the breaks hard because he was to close to the vehicle in front of him.

The last time I took an ETHRA bus they pick me up 15 minutes before my doctors appointment time. I was late but fortunately my doctor was understanding and took me in anyway. The drivers have been very hateful to both my wife and I. The last trip my wife made she told the driver from the start that he was going the wrong way. Finally he took her to a location which was not her dentist office location.He then refused to take her to the correct address and she missed her appointment. Because of him she suffered five days more with the toothache. He then refused to take her to the correct address of her dentist and she did not get to see The dentist until five days later. He blamed it all on TN Care. How uncaring. We should make formal complaints
