Sorry, no idea why. I have noticed a recent that there are some movies being re-released. Might just be to give people a chance to see some that they maybe missed the first time around.
I'm not sure, but I notice that a lot of movies are being remade and or have a second and a third sequel. So a lot of times they will show the first in case people did not see the first one.
