What I love about Sheila Cohoon is that she's a marketing genius. She has endless creative ideas on how to do things tech-related. She's also kind, patient, and a decent soul.

Sheila was great to work with, she is very professional, down to earth, responsive and no nonsense. I appreciated her honesty and support throughout our buying experience, we found her online, and I’m so happy we did. She is highly recommended!

Yes, I provide a virtual 360 tour for every listing so that people can get a feel for the layout before they even enter the home. A lot of times this will help potential buyer with their decisions on looking at homes. Most listings agents don't provide this level of service, however, I provide it for every listing at no extra cost.
I don't know I'm just seeing this now, but I'm good. I hope you are doing well.
There are many good indicators that it may be time to sell your home, such as: your family is outgrowing your current home… Lifestyle shifts are compelling you to rethink your living space… You’re emotionally ready to sell your home…. Or the real estate market seems very hospitable to sellers. In any event, you would want to call me to review your situation and I can give you a real-tip briefing of the market and realistically advise you of how the entire process would go from start to finish.
We can put you on an automatic list so you will instantly get notified when homes become available. You can also call me anytime to speak on the phone and have a real conversation!
I would look at reputation and experience. A good way to do this is by reading the Realtor’s reviews and their responses to reviews. Also follow me on Facebook and Instagram to see my style and activity. You can also see featured video testimonials from past clients to better help you understand the value and relationship.
As a local Realtor, I work the local market everyday and have access to information many other Realtors may not have access to. I bring my years of experience and network to work for you so you can rest assured the process of buying or selling your home goes smoothly.
It takes four to eight weeks from exchange of contracts until settlement. During this time, enquiries and searches are made and documents prepared by your solicitor or conveyancer.
Real estate agents have a professional license to help people buy, sell, and rent real estate. ... A Realtor is a licensed real estate agent or broker (or other real estate professional) who is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR). Members must comply with NAR's strict Code of Ethics.
A listing agent, also known as a seller's agent, represents the client selling the property. The real estate agent lists and markets the property to potential buyers as well as assisting with the transaction process. ... Most real estate agents receive a commission after the property is sold.
What's the difference between a real estate broker and an agent? In real estate, an agent is an individual who is licensed to sell property in their state. A broker is someone who is licensed to own their own real estate firm.
A Realtor is an independent contractor who helps people buy and sell real estate. Much of what they do happens behind the scenes. They are continually working all hours of the day. A good Realtor will make a real estate transaction flow smoothly, leaving the impression that their job is relatively simple.

The first and most important thing is to declutter the house by packing away items that you don't use every day. Next make sure that you curb appeal is stellar!!! The first impression of your home is the curb appeal. Buyers have skipped seeing a house because the curb appeal was horrible. Contact me to come by and share some other ideas. At that time, I can do a comparative market analysis to see the price range you could sell for in today's market.
This is a question I always get asked. The answer to this question is different depending on if you are a seller or a buyer. The market looks different for sellers than it looks for buyers. Example, as of 1/12/2022, it is still a sellers market and houses are still selling for higher than normal. For sellers, the market is great!!! For buyers, especially last year, it was very difficult. Buyers were having a difficult time finding homes because of how fast homes were selling due to the low inventory.
