Yikes..... calling someone Grouchen, on A PUBLIC forum, when her name is GRETCHEN is SUPER unprofessional and PROVES just how terrible the service is! I came on here to look at the reviews because I was going to buy a car tomorrow with cash and I would NEVER give my business to someone like that! I don't care if you disagree with the review or not, that's just HORRIBLE that a business owner would respond like a teenager!
They were incredibly rude to us. We went to their one lot and noone was there so we went to their main lot. The guy tells us to go back and someone will meet us there with a plate. We are looking at the car we went to test drive and the guy parks behind us. My husband tells him we want to drive that one and he tells us to move our car (parked on the street) and drive the car forward over a steep curb. We decided if that was how they treat us and their cars, we wanted nothing to do with them. The owner was rude when I asked about replacing a windshield on a car. Their prices are not great. We found a much better car with respectful service later that day! Never going there again!👎
I disagree I wasn't treated very good either I bought a car just recently and the check engine came on and my blinkers didn't work and ask them to fix it and he told me I bought it as is and I need to fix it myself I never been treated like that ever
Who knows. He seemed great when I was there looking over Vans. He definitely knew his stock and where it was located.
