Slow slow slow, uncompassionate front desk. Still don’t know about the DR since we haven’t seen him/her/they/them yet

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I took my puppy that got injured in last night and they barely did anything for him and charged us A LOT. The very next day I took him out of there and took him straight to my local vet and he said they screwed us and robbed us of our money.

I am very upset with these people. They are supposed to be the best! Well, no longer! Stay away from a clinic who cannot perform BASIC CARE! My Frodo came in because we figured out he was blocked. The vet confirmed that he was indeed blocked. I am away at college, and my mother sat in their emergency room for 6 hours+ and in all that time they DID NOT give him fluids. That was basic care that he needed, had plenty of time with the vets to be given an IV but didn't receive one. The next vet we brought him to was appalled that they didn't give him fluids with kidney values like his. They aren't good anymore! Stay away! They aren't competent enough to handle a simple IV, they are not prepared for any Hit by car, or anything else!

We took our dog to blue pearl cause he was sick on 10/11 they said he had aspirated pneumonia gave us medication $1300 and 1 week later back with exact same symptoms and another $1000 charge to tell us we have to take him to another vet that can properly diagnose him.

That sounds scary. Blue Pearl can probably help. They're open now. You should go.

My 11 month old German Shepherd is walking with a limp, and I've checked thorns or pokey things, and I don't find anything. Would you recommend this place?

They're expensive but just like you waiting for your primary care doctor is cheaper than going to the emergency room.
