I work there and no they are not. During covid, we have changed our rules. Unless you are scheduled for court or have a warrant out for your arrest, they will not allow you beyond the front counter. A parent of an adult child would be turned away by court security. They would not be able to enter the building. We are still, maybe, 40% open
