Horrible service. Paid 50 dollars to wait 3 weeks to be told can't fix my tablet. He said he can't take it apart or it will break. Bozos that took my money should have disclosed this. Never use this company.

I took a gaming computer in to see what part needed replaced. they charged me $80 just to take a look at it. I got a call 4 days later. they told me it was either the cpu or the mother board. they weren’t sure which because they didn’t have the proper parts to test it. said they found a motherboard which would be $250 so they could test it.…. so they weren’t able to figure out what was wrong until I paid $250 to pay for a part which might not have been the problem. the. proceeded to tell me it would be another 150 to get windows back on the computer. they are purely con artists.

Employees helping customers had masks on, employees in offices/behind glass didn't have masks on. I'd say take your own hand sanitizer and it'd be fine
Looks like Dell used a barrel power supply, they may have universal ones that will work but you will have to call or go in to check.
