Service dogs are protected by ADA and would be allowed. Therapy pets are not afforded the same protections and could be refused.

I'm not sure. I would recommend calling the venue and asking. If it is a verified therapy dog, then it should be permitted without a problem. A general family pet would be at the discretion of the venue and the event promoter.
