Yes, there are doors the guides can hold open or have automatic door access switches and ramps to move onto the top level of the main gallery floor. The main entrance is also used for exits, and the mall right next door with restrooms has an elevator!

I believe so, the entrance there is someone outside to help with doors, you might want to call ahead for details, it's been awhile since I been there, but the only place I remember steps is by the shark tank
