Nice treat for my grandson. He really enjoyed it.

Fascinating ship with such a legacy of service. Was really interesting to see how they lived aboard and what missions were undertaken. All the staff move volunteers there are incredibly knowledgeable and eager to share the history of this important vessel.

Well, it looked really cool from the outside. We really wanted to see the inside/museum, but the signage was confusing with it being closed at the time but listing 2 different days for reopening. We went back on the first day listed and it was still closed and then we got sidetracked with the rest of our vacation. Maybe next time.

Having served a board a US aircraft carrier. We always refer to the ships as the "boat". It's just one of the things we did in the military.
