Just picked up my HP all in one. It is 4 years old. The guys at UBreakIFix are great. I didnt have a consistant problem but the computer was not raliable. Zoom sound, random error messages etc. I use my computer for instructing QuickBooks webinars. I have previously taken my HP laptop in and they were able to spot the problem right away. They are patient, courteous, knowledgeable and willing to make recommendations.
