I took my car here to get washed back some months ago and it left a dint on the back of my trunk. I went back up the following day as a claim was made but there’s was ZERO resolution. The manager was nice but that doesn’t fix the dint in my car. The gas station across from the wash has no workin camera out front to show my car which is unfortunate as my dint occurred DURING my car wash as myself AND my boyfriend HEARD a loud sound mid way of wash but didn’t think anything of it bc at the time i didn’t Know/realize damages during drive thru cash washes are “common” .. so it honestly went over our heads until the next day when i was about to leave out and seen the dint on my car. It looks like “brush marks” and a dint. When i went To speak with the manager they had me come up there twice (for nothing - to tell them which equipment i think Dinted my car) ..

I like this car wash. There are plenty of workers to help with your needs. They keep the facility neat. Everything works great.
