Hello, my question is are you guys willing to accept someone whose on disability and on dialysis but she's able to get around but she's not a senior but she's in late 40s?

I'm pretty sure it's allowed. It's on an income based if you make under 40k a year you're fine. Call the number listed and you'll get an agent.
