If the temple is closed on a specific day, you cannot schedule an appointment for that day, i.e. the temple is closed on Mondays, so you cannot schedule an appointment for a Monday. However, if the temple is closed it is possible to go online and schedule an appointment for a day when the temple is open, i.e. the temple is closed on Monday, but you are able to go online on Mondays and schedule appointments for days the temple is open.
