They do not have a dedicated section for party supplies but.. you may get lucky finding some decor that can be used for some parties. It would on the depend on the theme and creativity. No. All roses stores stopped stocking party supplies. They eo however have a aelextion of gift bags, gift wrap, and tissue paper as well as gibson greeting cards.
Didn't see any last few times I was there.
