They change soups based on the day of the week. There are a choice of three soups on a daily basis. The days I have been there, the diner has offered chicken noodle, beef barley, clam chowder, chicken motza. Seafood bisque, plus others I don't readily recall. When you order, the server will let you know what soups are being served for that particular weekday.
Minestrone, chicken noodle,and matzo ball soups
Usually some sort of chicken soup, I think onion soup, and a special. You'd have to check the menu.
Don't forget the French onion

They have different soups daily but normally will have the standard chicken noodle soup and minestrone.
