They have 2 lines. Usually if theres no answer, its because someone is taking an order. Also , if someone is on one line, it will take time to answer 2nd line. Most people only let it ring 2 times, not giving the host time to answer. But they always answer the phone within 1 ring or 2.
They may be busy or their phone line is broken. They usually answer. They also take orders for take out, so I know the phone is important to their business.
