Lighting is slightly less technical and a bit shorter. It has several elevation changes that result in blind corners. Thunderbolt has one. Thunderbolt is sometimes run with a chicane. Thunderbolt feels faster due to connected turns. Its a great park. NJMP is the best facility in the Northeast.

They are different tracks (NJMP had two tracks). Both are fun.
