The radio in my 2019 Crosstrek will randomly switch stations no matter if it is on the Sirius xm stations or regular radio . It also is an issue through the media function, randomly skipping songs or restart the song. How do I fix this?

There is probably a software update. I've had tons of trouble with my 2018 Crosstrek radio volume not adjusting, but the system update helped.
