I write very few negative reviews, but after years of issues, I feel it’s due diligence to be honest that I flat out would not recommend them for service on your vehicle. I have a 2009 forester that was purchased in Fort Collins, but AN is a mile away from my house so it just made sense to take it there for any maintenance and repairs. I would go between here and Flatirons Subaru in Boulder depending on which was closer to where I worked at the time. Every time I would take it to AN, I would be told I have a long list of things needing fixed. I take to Flatirons for a second opinion and they find none of the things are even close to urgent or an issue. The last time I dropped my car off for service at AN, I brought it in before work roughly ten minutes before they technically opened. It was winter and actively snowing, and they saw me outside and came to the door and said sorry we don’t open for ten minutes, please stand out here in the cold snowy weather. They all stood around talking and made me stand outside instead of humanely letting me wait inside in the warmth, waiting until whatever time they opened on the dot. Ridiculous. However after the last string of issues they said I needed to replace that other mechanics said we’re not broken or even issues, it was the last straw. Repairs at Flatirons are less expensive and the mechanics are way friendlier and more reliable and aren’t going to feed you sh** to fix things you don’t need to fix. This is simply my experiences and I’d highly recommend you take your car elsewhere for repairs. The fact that it wasn’t just once or twice, it was literally every interaction I had being negative in some way. I won’t be bringing my car here ever again as the drive to Boulder is worth it over convenience for more reliable and trustworthy work.

I stopped by this location during my road trip from east to west. My CO detector went off in my Fozz and I stopped here for an inspection. They confirmed that my exhaust manifold was cracked and ordered replacement parts. They scheduled the maintenance for the following week when the part was due to arrive. This gave me some time to enjoy the Denver area, Golden in particular, with all the hiking trails and interesting sites for geology and paleontology. The service team got my car in and out in a timely manner, even considering they were waiting for power to be restored, caused by the storm that blew through. I was able to use their satisfactory lounge and WiFi to work while they had the car in the shop. I got it back and enjoyed the rest of my trip worry free. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Subaru of America took care of the invoice while AutoNation sent me on my way, breathing easy again with better performance from my Fozz.

I purchased my first Subaru here and purchasing process is seamless and straightforward. Allen S., Tyler, and Mitch were amazing and awesome partners to work with! No gimmicks, hidden fees, or any surprises when it comes to pricing. Everything is transparent and they are willing to work with you to find the best car for your lifestyle. I would highly recommend this location and you'll know you're in safe hands with these awesome people! Awesome team. The leasing process was seamless and everyone was transparent and helpful. I wanna thank Allen, Tyler, and Mitch for having such an awesome experience! I would highly recommend this place and staff for all auto needs.

Happy customer for 7+ years. Would recommend to anyone. Kyle and team did a great job with my Subaru repairs. All questions answered, they gave diligent follow-up, and they went above and beyond to help make sure my repairs were covered despite weird timing with my warranty/parts orders. I bought my forester with them in 2014 and always get my auto work done here.

Why? It should been available by the end of September. Torque News reports, in a June 2019 article that Subaru, has pre-production concerns in terms of quality. An internal leak from Subaru reveals the manufacturer has had problems with brake noise, seat wrinkles, 2.4-liter turbo engine oil dilution, extensive smoking following cold engine start, and battery failure. Of course, the sales staff will never tell you this.
There is probably a software update. I've had tons of trouble with my 2018 Crosstrek radio volume not adjusting, but the system update helped.
