I love the idea of this store and will be back. They would get 5 stars if they worked to keep things a little more tidy. They have amazing prices on great books. We did whiteness someone misinterpreting a buy 2 get one free sale to think it applied to the whole store, but I thought the sale was clear. It only applied to clearly marked items. It would not take much for this store to go to a 5 star, I will be here often!

Don't keep books organized and people follow you around like your a criminal. They might as well walk with You than on your heels. Unpleasant feeling to enjoy shopping.

Books a million is always the place I go when I need a Christmas gift when I am unsure of what to get someone. I can always find it here. And will end up finding something I want too. They always have THE best selection of planners too. Such a wide variety of all sorts if things. Not just books. I found a great puzzle for a toddler I needed. I can spend a lot of time in this place.
