Nice place to stop. The staff was very friendly And helpful, Pete was awesome! The place is clean, the restrooms and showers were clean. The campground is very cramped and narrow roads, very little parking space, but the pads are in heat shape. The grass needs mowed, but the campground is clean. Was very disappointed that the pool, one of the reasons we picked that one, was closed and it was 92* out. After over heating on the hike up that gorgeous mountain, a dip in the pool would have been so welcome. If the pool has been open it would have been 5 stars, easily.

We had zero issues with our stay!!! Very friendly clean well maintained grounds beautiful scenery next to the foothills and close to anything you might need or want. Yes the biker bar is across the street and yes they have live music outside but they stop early enough that it was never an issue. Honestly they were super friendly over there also and have great food and drinks.

Our stay on the 4-7 of May was a great experience. After reading previous reviews and being kinda worried but no other place to stay we were very happy with this park and its location. Despite all the negative reviews regarding loud music and poor staff we discovered the opposite. Their staff were very friendly, helpful, accomadating and did a great job. According to the staff the issues of the past have been dealt with.Yes there is music from across the street but within city ordinance so be aware if you do not like any noise in the evenings till 10pm. If we had any cons it would only be the site pads which are not the most level we have discovered but workable for sure. We would stay here again in the future.

Nice place & nice area. Only three stars because the price is RIDICULOUSLY high. (2,000 per month) You can rent a one bedroom apt in Golden Co. for 1,500$ (I have) Also, the spot we had (A15) had no cell service and no internet. The spots on both sides of A15 also don’t get WiFi/service. If WiFi or service is needed make sure you ask about a spot that has sufficient connection to both.

They will absolutely rent a spot to you while absolutely raping your bank account. This place is severely over priced and lame. Mud everywhere because it's not graded properly and the people who run it could care less. I recommend you find somewhere else because this place is extremely greedy with all sorts of dumb rules. Also, no discounts simply because you're long term
They will not tell you about their rattlesnakes when you check in or make reservations. There are no danger signs posted at the entrance or inside the office. Just a friendly notice to my fellow rvers.
I've call ahead and let them know I would be arriving late and they left a packet for me. I've also shown up in the middle of the night in the off season and just settled up in the morning.
Not sure what that is but if you have an older model rv that want a picture before you can park there. Not sure why. The park is nice and clean and all of that. But not that fancy
They have monthly prices as well. Be sure to call and double check the prices if you're looking at monthly. Prices vary during peak season and off season. I recall it costing me $2k during peak season!
Call them. I recall that they don't have long term rates.
