This is my 5th time calling back to check if my glasses are ready it’s been over 3 weeks no emails? No calls ? And when I call they don’t ever answer I was holding for over an hour no reply, customer service really sucks at this place

There is a phone problem, they can call out, but not receive calls. There should be a way to leave a message and the manager will call you back.
