I live 45 min from store. I went to pickup my blinds. I was handed 2 boxes so I asked if all 4 shades were I the boxes. I was told yes. When I got home and opened boxes 1blind was missing. I called the store and they told me another box was there for me. When I picked up the 3rd box I started minting the blinds. 2 of the blinds were missing plastic tabs so the mounting brackets did not work. I called the store now waiting for tabs to be mailed to me. Still can’t hang all of the blinds.

The measurement and installation process was very easy. I live fairly far from the nearest store and they still came out to my house!

So I asked Blinds to go to come out a few months back I ordered a kitchen shade and then called and asked for it to be put on hold because of personal reasons I’ve been told it was going to be put on hold and to stay in touch well I called and finally canceled the order only to get a phone call a few weeks later to say that my shade was ready I told the person on the phone that I had canceled it and would like a refund I also have been in touch numerous times with Kayla who is the person who came out to my house and she tells me she was going to get me a refund I cannot get anyone on the phone I guess my next step will be going to the store it should not have to come to this she clearly told me I would have a check in about 2 to 3 weeks and that didn’t happen never again will I use Blinds to go this is totally ridiculous Joan
