My children and I went into this store and we are torn with how to grade this experience because of how we left feeling. I want to be very clear that the attendant who seemed like the store manager was helpful. However, I felt like we were given extra attention not because I was there to shop but that my children and I could be potential bad actors. It felt terrible and I was sad on my inside especially when my 14 year old said mom I feel terrible going into my bad in a store because of who I am not. It was never said but the behaviors and where these women were positioned , how they were looking at us made me feel very uncomfortable. There is a delicate balance of giving great service and deterring bad actors from your store. If one lead with the intention of truly being helpful and caring for all people regardless of who they are, this genuine care will drive away bad actors and leave other good shoppers feeling welcomed and appreciated for choosing your store versus another brand! Good luck with creating that beautiful balance. I know it can be done. My children loves your brand and yes the concept is beyond amazing!

Mostly overpriced costume jewelry and accessories for young girls. I remember loving this place as a child so I don't mind bringing my girls here and splurging on some sparkly things once in a while. They love it too and always leave with a new treasure.
