Why should it take several hours to send a fax to their office. Several attempts were made and the fax never went through. I finally got a 2nd "inside" fax number that proved successful. Horrible customer service

I never had a problem with sending them a fax ,it's possible you had a fax number going to their main office instead of the local one you were dealing with

Not quite. I was on the phone speaking with the doctors secretary and not less than 3 times I faxed her the requested info. She even admitted to not receiving other faxes that day that she was expecting.
