I have been going to Jeff for years and he is not afraid of fine detail work. I have mostly henna art work myself and I always get compliments on what Jeff has done. He also takes great pride in his work. He is very up front if he thinks something will not look right and will make the perfect adjustments for a great looking tattoo. I recommend him to everyone I know.
