My understanding is that no fencing is allowed. The by laws hold the definitive answer. You should have received a copy if you're an owner. Talk to a member of the board. Their names are in the monthly newsletter or go to the office in the clubhouse.

Just bought a house in Seaview Village and was curious when garbage pickup was available?

Garbage pickup is every Thursday. Recycling is every other Wednesday (next date is 2/13). Welcome to the Village!
