I will be bringing my mother in a wheelchair accessible van and would like to walk her through the park. Where is the best place for handicap parking for access to paths through the cherry blossom trees? Thank you.

Go on April 1, Easter Sunday or on April 7 or 8 the week end after. The temp should be in the high 50s or near 60 by then.

There's parking lots in designated areas of the park. But the best one is in the Belleville side of the park. Where the Cherry Blossoms are located. They won't blossom until the 3rd week of April until the 1st week of May. Its only one road that goes through the park in each direction.

It should be! However, cherry blossom season perhaps will happen in May and/or June because winter is still fully in effect.
