The buds are here, but not much else yet. It is only my opinion that next weekend will be better.
Some are now. You'll miss them if you come when the older trees are in full bloom. The older trees are larger, but there are lots of younger trees. The festival runs from April 6-14. I'd say one week is your best chance to see as many as possible. They come and go quick!
