Well during the fair they always have rentals for scooters/handicapp.. I would assume you could rent one. Call the Iowa state fairgrounds admin office. They should be able to help you!

Yes, right inside the entrance they have them. I didn't price them, but I heard someone else saying they were $70 for the day. But you would need to verify that.
