Its also depends on how many people are on your neighborhoods node so to speak. It may be having an issue on your but not others. I would check with your neighbors just in case and then present that to mediacom.
I tried disconnecting and then reconnecting. Nothing. When I call, that's what they say to do.
Mine seems to be just fine! Unfortunately their service seems to be spotty as of late, and can't handle too many customers on their network at one time.
