The best way to answer that would be to call customer service. You can also check the app. There are a plethora of things that can cause service issues. I hope it works itself out but if it doesn't/hasn't definitely call.

I'll tell you what $90 a month for internet will do for you at Mediacom. 3 different modem's that don't work! After the third visit from the technician my internet is 100% then what I started with. Almost like it's a joke. 1,000 kbps woohoo!
