Does the Boone shelter test kittens for diseases such as FIV? The ARL does- my cat was free of fiv and feline leukemia so I didn’t have to worry about my other cat getting sick.

All cats are tested for felv. FIV is very unlikely to be spread by neutered cats, so we do not test all cats for FIV. Some cats may be FIV tested if the FIV test was donated
