Stopped in for the first time in about 2 years and asked about a policy change and was greeted with an eye roll and a scoff. I will start to donate my cans to charity now because the level of rudeness was uncalled for. Had they just answered the question in a civil way I wouldn't think anything of it but that was just uncalled for. I will add I am sure that they are tired of answering the same questions all the time but even so there still needs to be a certain level of Professionalism when dealing with the public

This business will cheat you as they please. They are very rude and impatient. The environment puts off the vibe that you will be robbed. Very dim and dirty. The overweight man "helping" was more worried about his lunch time half an hour early than he was interested in helping and explaining the process to a first time user of a can redemption center that isn't part of a grocery store. He didn't pay me for my glass bottles. He tells me fine to mix plastic with cans(so he can pay less) He charges a dollar per "special" plastic bag, tells me I will need two or 3, that the cans MUST be in these bags. Got 2, then he says he won't buy the bag with crushed cans (after he stands there and watches me put them all into the bag) which he claimed he can do nothing with crushed cans. Do the can return machines crush the cans, or do they not? Are the cans still aluminum after crushing, or are they not? He didn't count or weigh any cans. He did not ask that they be counted nor asked if we knew the amount of cans. He just thought to take advantage of a newbies ignorance and pay the amount he felt that day rather than do the actual work his job requires to honestly pay back "my" can deposit charge. AVOID THIS CROOKED BUSINESS THAT LIES TO MAKE A PROFIT! You are better off taking your cans and bottles to the grocery store where you get your .05c a can deposit back instead of .025c or less...

The state needs to get over charging us for the privilege of buying drinks in containers. This place use to work well with you, but now seems like it's just whoever they have working there. Sorted and counted all the cans, but now today they decide I have to purchase bags, they won't accept anything not in their bags??? Already bought the bags they are sorted and counted in. Might as well throw the things away in the trash, between the time, gas, and cheating redemption centers you'll be money ahead.

Yeah they give an estimated amount . Unless you can tell them how many cans you have. Think the estimate is low ball. 🤔 Not sure about hours Saturdays probably take a lunch 12-1:00????

not aware of a limit but items do have to be separated ( glass and aluminum). and cans have to be in the large clear plastic can bags. three bags cost $2 each.
