I agree with Matt, check for any alternative numbers. That way if customer service is busy with customers in the store, maybe another department can help. It could also depend if you're calling during a busy time or not. I know a lot of companies don't let employees answer the phone if they have customers in line waiting. I'm not sure if that's still the case at Fleet Farm or not.
