If I could give them ZERO stars I would. Dr Baily has been an eye Dr. For many many years. I was trying to get RGP lenses. I had two pairs of contacts made. I couldn't see through either pair. I went to vision 4 less. The Dr. did my eye exam and told me how could that Dr. Who has worked 30+ years Prescribe these lenses to you. The lenses Dr. Baily prescribed were to steep for my eyes.

Today I called in to verify my prescription, I requested it to be extended from my last visit. Upon calling I was told that the extension was not placed. I Informed the rep that the doctor said he would be extending it for me at that time.. The vison center manager would not let me as the client speak to the doctor himself to explain the honest mistake. All other staff members were pleasant at the time of visit, And for the Dr. However, I am very disappointed from the customer service I received today from the Vison Center's Manager Tammy, also the fact the Dr. did not honor what I requested from last visit, and with any of my concerns of my prescription or vision. Pleasant does not always mean good customer service. The more I think, he really didn't care, because at other times, Doctors will take the time to contact a client.

Belma helped me pick out my new glasses. She was very nice, pleasant customer service. I ordered the glasses on Friday after work and she called me Monday after work to let me know they were ready to be picked up!
