all the headshot options looked so bad I ended up taking a headshot by myself that looked better. wasn't able to use any of the headshots or grad photos since the photographer was more focused on getting us out quickly to take photos of the next people

My 2 sons had picture day last year around I believe October or November with this company at their school. I sent them both with the amount of money each package was priced . In the package I purchased it was supposed to Include their class picture with a couple picture of just themselves . I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING ITS BEEN A MONTH ! I’ve called and they keep telling me I will receive an email and I have yet to receive one . I’m convinced this was a scam . Money wasted down the drain so irritated and I hope the school never uses this company again .

The reviews speak for themself. Pretty disgusting business that is not transparent whatsoever with pricing. It is unfortunate UCSB uses this company to capture senior portraits when 90% of the reviews for this company state the same thing. Scam company charges $300 for one digitalized picture. I will leave it at that. An iPhone selfie is more "professional" than what you will get here.

I can't believe how unorganized this business is. My child got school photos taken. I has to call in 4 times for my order. They sent me the wrong order twice (both of lesser value than what I had ordered and paid for). So I requested a digital copy instead. When I didn't get the digital copy weeks later I called in and was told it was sent to the wrong email address. I still haven't received the class photos months later. I hope my child's school never uses them again. The ladies I spoke to over the phone were nice. But my experience was so bad I can't give more stars.
