Well, once again I was given the wrong information. I was told I can view my daughters picture online Nov. 7th and now when I called I was told in 14 days. All he can say is that was incorrect. I wonder if all there employees are trained. Then last time I was Oct. 26th for senior session, got there no one ☝️ was there. I had to call the school 🏫 and she resolved it for me .

Doing a one star review because an employee yanked my sons 14k gold necklace and broke it. Waiting for Stacey the manger (who wasn’t there) to respond to my complaint. The least they can do is fix it. Session felt rushed, nothing special will still likely do professional photos...we purchased deluxe background but they did not let us choose backgrounds there were supposed to be 5 we only had 3.... and they took less than 18 photos, and less wardrobe changes than advertised.

As busy as they were the staff was on 8/31(6:00pm) the staff stayed calm, cool and pleasent until the closed. The staff made this family feel welcomed and that helped our daughter loosen up to take her pictures. There was one gentlemen there that was really wonderful at customer service. I regret not asking his name but I will say, he was tall and had a ponytail with shaved sides. He told jokes and had both me and my daughter cracking up. He made getting ready for the pictures fun. If we waited long, it didn't feel like it. They photographers also had great customer service as well. For a young staff dealing with young clients and parents they did awesome. Let's just say the WHOLE TEAM that worked that day at that time did great! I would have given 5 but I feel there always room for improvement. Thank you Prestige Portraits, for making Friday fun for this mom and dad who just got off of work and rushed their daughter over to get pictures taken.

Oh man. I took my senior pics for ERHS and may I say they came out looking fire 🔥🔥 I loved them so much. The staff was amazing on catching my different aspects. Having outfit changes they knew exactly what background would look nice. They were so nice to my family and let my brother and cousin play games while waiting. I took my cap and gown pics and bought the buddy add on which is $10 each person/pet and I had 5 people but they still managed to get amazing pics. They really helped me become less shy in front of cameras. I loved them even tho the wait time was a little long even with an appointment.
