Playground For Kids

I am following up on my original post from quite a while ago as I want to give "kudos" to proactive management and customer service. The manager contacted me personally after my original post and addressed my concerns. I would gladly revisit her business. The situation I was concerned was discussed in a thoughtful and productive way. Perhaps my grandchild's experience was different from other children. My initial impression was to not recommend for smaller kids under 5. There were too many big kids running around the day we were there, which can be intimidating for young ones. I was disappointed when he was ready to leave in 20 minutes even though he was feeling his normally active self. He normally has more fun at Mearle Hay where it is less crowded - and free. But my grandchildren's lack of enthusiasm was just a function of age and a crowded day with many older children enjoying themselves. If the two grandchildren had stayed the whole afternoon and it was less crowded, it would have been money well spent. Every child is different, so I would still recommend to try the playground once. There was an older lady there - maybe the owner - who was very friendly.

Love this place! Hidden gem for days when schools are closed and bad weather days. My kids can stay all day and have a blast!
