Many people play pickup there. Just show up and there are usually groups who could use players, or ask if you can work in. I have found most people there are very nice.
There is great drop in play at Little Valley. There are times when leagues take up most of the courts so you might want to reach out to locals on the St George Pickleball Facebook page.
